What we do

We grow spices in India and export them in bulk.

Many spice suppliers in India buy from traders and open markets. We do not. Farmers grow our spices on contract in the parts of India best known for each one. We clean, grade and pack them in our own units.

We have exported spices from New Delhi for 25 years, to importers, distributors, food manufacturers and private-label brands.

Why choose Prime Harvest Global

Four reasons buyers stay with us.

  1. No middlemen

We work directly with farmers, so there is no trader margin in your price and nobody else to chase if a lot has a problem.

  2. Tested before it ships

Every lot is tested at a third-party lab accredited by NABL to ISO/IEC 17025, and the certificate of analysis (CoA) ships with it.

  3. Made for your country's rules

We test to the limits your country sets and send the papers your port asks for. Our spec checker shows them for each spice, and each market page lists the import rules.

  4. Easy to start

Order from 0.5 MT per spice. Get a sample with its test report first. Your container is loaded about 15 days after you order.

Each spice comes from the region where it grows best.

Chillies from Guntur and Byadgi, turmeric from Salem and Erode, seed spices from Rajasthan, and cardamom and black pepper from Kerala.

Black peppercorns on a grading line, sorted by grade and filled into pouches

We clean, grade and sort every lot in our own units.

No outside processors. The same team that works with the farmers runs the line.

Every lot is tested before we pack it.

The lab checks aflatoxin in chilli and cardamom, ethylene oxide in cumin and lead in turmeric. Each lot gets its own test report.

Questions

What buyers ask before their first order.

Are you a spice trader or a grower?

We grow and export. Farmers grow our spices on contract in the regions of India best known for each one. We then clean, grade and pack them in our own units. We do not buy from traders or open markets, so you deal with one company from the farm to your port.

What is the minimum order?

0.5 MT per spice. That lets you try a grade before you order a full container. For private label, the minimum is 1 MT.

Can you beat my current supplier's price?

Yes. Send us any recent written quote from your current supplier. We will come back at least US$100 per MT lower for the same spice, grade and spec, on the same Incoterm and payment terms, or tell you why we cannot. We farm our spices ourselves, so there is no trader margin in our price.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. We send a sample with the test report (CoA) for the lot it came from. You pay the courier. Most buyers approve a sample in about 5 days.

How is each lot tested?

Every lot is tested before packing at a third-party lab accredited by NABL to ISO/IEC 17025. We test against the limits in your country's rules, and the test report ships with your lot.

Which shipping terms do you offer?

FOB, CIF and EXW. We agree the terms up front and write them into your quote.
